The windsurfer Blanca Manchon Seville has just written a new page in the history of Spanish sailing to be crowned world's best female category navigator 2010. This was decided these days International Sailing Federation (ISAF) giving the prestigious ISAF Rolex award for which opted for the third time in his career and was given during a gala dinner that was played out in majestic Athens Zappeion symbolic.
